HotFix [Rev.103] for icomancer 1.3.3 is available (Notices)

Luluru told us about a problem on icomancer that prevented the correct application of icons to shortcuts. We've digged in it and discovered that some wild Windows Update caused this behavoir.

So we added a workaround to it among with another non-related issue. In the end, this revision contains:

• A fix to the previously described issue :D
  
• A fix to a version checking issue on the imbuer.

Please download and install this hotfix.

Warning for GOTD users: DO NOT download this hotfix. It is already included in your custom build. If you apply this hotfix you'll lose your promotion and wont be able to recover it.
