It's a firewall issue. Your computer can't even resolve our server's name... that's why you've got this exception!
Now, you can edit your c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file with notepad and add the next line at the end:
184.95.39.34 lavasoftworks.com www.lavasoftworks.com
If after that you get icomancer saying the server can't be reached, it's because there's a firewall blocking access to that IP.
