Cannot negotiate folder structure (Support requests)
Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I have searched for "negotiate folder structure" but it did not come with a result.
Since I installed the paid version of icomancer yesterday (Bits du Jour), I cannot properly negotiate my folder structure any more. More specifically, I cannot go down to the third level, where I almost Always need to go. I can enter a top folder and a second level folder. But when I click to go to the third level, instead of the folder opening, icomancer starts up. The only way to go the desired folders is by right-clicking it and selecting "open" from the drop-down menu.
I would expect that normal left-clicking would open the folder and that I should only right-click in order to select icomancer (or whatever other utility) from the drop-down manu.
I have searched for settings that I might change, but can't find any.
What am I doing wrong, please?
Regards,
AbdulRahiem
You mean "navigate", right?
That's not related to icomancer. It is not an extension of the Windows Explorer program, it just sets a file named "desktop.ini" and sets the folder's "system" attribute on so the icon is properly shown.
Either you have a different folder browser that is not recognizing customized folders -most unlikely- or your hard disk needs maintenance or you have something else messing up with your folders, but that's not icomancer.
