That's related to permissions
All icomancer files are stored into the %appdata% folder... it is a common issue that Windows UAC or antivirus programs prevent icomancer to access its own files because it is no a signed application.
One of the ways to avoid this is by running icomancer as administrator -even if you have an administration account- or whitelist it on your antivirus.
