Important notice: we had a major issue with our server! (Notices)
During the night of March 28, one of our server hard disks started to fail. Unfortunately, when the datacenter guys started to work on the issue, the backup disk came down.
We were close of losing almost all information we had, but most of it was recovered during the following hours.
At the moment of writing this message, the rebuilding process has been completed, and everything that was recoverable was recovered, but there is some information missing, specially from accounts created during these first months of 2015.
The next time you open icomancer and it tries to connect to our server looking for updates, you may get an error message stating that your account is invalid. If so, please contact us ASAP either by posting a support request here or using our contact form so we re-create your account manually.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue, but it caught us completely unchecked.
