Yes, you can download it :) but I wouldn't recommend it... it is the worse icon designed by Microsoft! (General)

The Vista/Seven icons are beautiful. This design sucks big time. I adapted it just because of the people who may have wanted to install Win10 and wanted their folders to look similar, but I really hated it.
But that's me. You're free to choose
