Downloading extra's (Support requests)
When I try to download the extra's, I get a message
"couldn't extract package content"
"please contact the tech support team, which I do now.
Any solutions for this problem?

Hi, Bert! ...if this problem is with a specific package, please tell me which one it is. But if the problem is with all packages, then something -most likely your antivirus- is preventing icomancer to write to its Application Data directory.
