Applying icon change to shortcuts (Misc issues)
When I attempt to apply an icon change to a desktop shortcut, I get the message: "Something is not allowing icomancer to write to target folder. You must either: 1) run as administrator, 2) Set the folder security setting to be writable by everyone, or 3) something about allowing the program as an exception to my security program."
I tried running the program as administrator and I checked the the folder security setting which is set to run by "system." I did nothing to my security system which is Microsoft Security Essentials.
Within my system, Windows 7, I can change the icon for a shortcut without any problems. Any suggestions for a work-around for this?
