Please note that Some antivirus programs may tag SMTPing as a "harmful" download,
but it is a false positive!
This problem arises because SMTPing is not signed with an Authenticode certificate and it doesn't have millions of downloads. Plus, some of the GPL packages it contains (Apache HTTP server, PHP, etc.) may be mistakenly seen as malicious. But SMTPing is 100% safe and does not contain adware, spyware, virsuses, trojans or malicious programs attached.

WARNING! READ THIS! SMTPing is meant to be running as a full privileged application.
If you have a kicky security software or you plan to run it from a Vista, Win7, Win8 or a Win10 machine
with UAC enabled, it is for sure that SMTPing will fail
on first run. So, in order to prevent this, please turn off your security software
before installing SMTPing or tag SMTPing as a secure app.
Once again, SMTPing is a Network Monitoring Program that is meant to run
from a machine protected by other than software from within.
If you want to test SMTPing, do it from an unsecured+isolated VM or grant admin
privileges to its installer and itself to see its full glory.
