can not find bootsrap.vbs (Support requests)

After Installation and starting Apache i become a error "can not find boostrap.vbs" in installation root file (for me: D:\Program Files (x86)\SMTPing\BootStrap.vbs)
But the file is there.

What can I do ? Thanks.
